IP Thesis

Although illegal aliens do the work most Americans are unwilling to do, they impact the United States economy by taking away certain wanted jobs, not paying taxes and receiving government benefits.

  3. I also live close to the border. (Utah is close to the border, right?) I agree and disagree with this thesis.I think that many times immigrants are willing to work less desirable jobs than most Americans, for less money which I have no problem with. Government benefits on the other hand is something I do not believe should be offered.

  4. It's true, they do have a huge impact on our economy. It was funny I went to a Wendys the other day and I ordered food, the lady took my order and said it in English. No one moved, so she said it in Spanish and everyone moved.

  5. You know you might be right with them effecting our economy, but I will say many of them have been born here or grown up here since they were little, and really have no choice. My mission in California 25% of our missionaries were illegal aliens... thats 25 missionaries. If i imagine what our mission would be without them.. we would be in trouble. There is good and bad in this subject. However they are here. we should keep them here and not say "off with their heads!"
